For the past four years, the Business Health Culture Award has recognized one BHC member for its comprehensive and creative approaches to employee well-being in the workplace. For this special Wellness Roundtable meeting, the 2017 award winner, Bi-State Development, will discuss their journey to build a holistic wellness program that addresses employee mental and emotional well-being, physical health, and financial fitness. With an emphasis on data, flexible offerings, and widespread communications (including the development of a smart phone app), Bi-State Development has achieved health engagement from nearly 90% of employees. Learn how their program has evolved over time, and the key strategies they have used to promote success with their on-the-go and primarily blue-collar workforce.
