Rethinking Pharmacy Contracting: Financial and Clinical Considerations
The BHC Pharmacy Management Initiative will be seeking RFPs from PBMs in 2018. As a result, the remaining BHC pharmacy meetings for this year will feature industry experts that will present their insights on PBMs and pharmacy contracting. For the May meeting, Rob Stuyck, Senior Equity Analyst, Cleveland Research Company, will give us his impartial perspective on Express Scripts, CVS Health, and Optum, including differences in their financial and program strategies. In addition, Anokhi Shah, Pharm D, Willis Towers Watson, will share her clinical and contracting expertise as she discusses the different pricing options available and the pros and cons of each.
