With employees spending nearly two-thirds of waking hours at the workplace, elements of the indoor environment can have a significant impact on their health risks and behavior choices. Continuing our exploration of Total Worker Health® concepts, the BHC invites you to join fellow employer members to learn more about comprehensive tools for assessing and improving the spaces in which employees work, including components related to air, water, light, nourishment, fitness, comfort, mind, and innovation. Described as “the next big frontier,” the creation of workplace environments that support health, mood, sleep, and performance have been shown to be a key piece of the employee well-being puzzle. For this presentation, we are pleased to welcome member company Cushman & Wakefield’s Vice President of Sustainability Services, Allison Kim, to discuss this emerging trend and its application and impact among U.S. employers.
