High Cost Claimants: What do you know about your population?
Affordability of health care continues to be a critical challenge among employers and employees. A common finding among employers is the small concentration of covered individuals who drive a significant amount of the annual spending. Do you know the percentage of your covered individuals that drive up your costs? Join fellow BHC members in discovering how your company’s high cost claimants directly impact your bottom line results and share strategies and innovative solutions for tackling the issue.
How to Prepare: To enable a more robust breakout session, please bring:
 - The percentage of your covered lives that drive 50% of your spend and associated Per Member Per Year (PMPY)
 - The percent of your covered lives that fall into the following categories of medical and pharmacy spend per year:
          - $50,000
          - $100,000
