Over the last two years, the Communications Roundtable has featured expert speakers and employer case studies on best practices for the design, implementation, and evaluation of benefit and wellness messaging. Now it’s time to put these skills into practice! Join BHC members for a morning of interactive discussion and exercises in the development of engaging, educational communications regarding a primary driver of high claim costs – inappropriate emergency department (ED) use. After learning about current ED use trends in Missouri and nationally and how these are impacting employers’ bottom lines, attendees will have an opportunity to work with peer companies and BHC staff to create actionable insights for inclusion in email, newsletter, website, and social media communications.
