Employer Case Study: Best Practices in Well-being

The BHC Business Health Culture Award was developed in 2013 as an opportunity to recognize member organizations for their comprehensive approaches to employee well-being as defined by eight components of successful wellness programs: Leadership Support, Well-being Teams, Strategic Planning & Evaluation, Well-being Programming, Communications, Incentives & Participation, Environmental Supports, and Innovation. For this special Wellness Roundtable meeting, join fellow BHC members to hear a case study by the 2016 award winner, The Boeing Company. First initiated in 1998, The Boeing Company’s well-being program has the goal to engage the right employees in the right programs at the right time by offering emotional, physical, social, and financial wellness supports.
